Applies to the webuyany.click website, marketplace, direct links, traffic rotator, accounts and related services.
Nottingham
United Kingdom. Email: support@webuyany.click.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms. It applies to every account, campaign, destination, direct link, referral message, API or administrative interaction. Examples are illustrative, not exhaustive. If you are unsure, ask support before sending traffic or submitting a campaign.
1. Universal rules
You must obey applicable law, third-party rights, sanctions and the rules of every traffic source, website, browser, payment provider and platform you use. You must not use the Service to facilitate, promote, fund, conceal or link to unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive activity. You must not interfere with security, availability, measurement or another participant.
2. Prohibited Buyer destinations and content
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, or grooming.
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, cryptojacking, drive-by downloads, browser exploits, malicious extensions, tech-support scams, phishing, credential theft or deceptive security warnings.
- Fraud, impersonation, counterfeit documents, stolen goods or credentials, carding, laundering, sanctions evasion, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or materially deceptive money-making or investment claims.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, unlawful weapons, trafficking, terrorism, instructions to cause serious harm, or services illegal in the visitor's or operator's relevant jurisdiction.
- Hate, threats, harassment, doxxing, incitement to violence, graphic cruelty presented for shock, or unlawful discrimination.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights infringement; piracy; unauthorised streaming; counterfeit goods; or removal of rights-management controls.
- False government, bank, health, charity or brand claims; fake prizes; deceptive downloads; hidden subscriptions; misleading urgency; or a material omission about price, risk or commercial intent.
- Unlicensed or unlawfully promoted gambling, financial products, cryptoassets, credit, medicines, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, adult services or other regulated goods and services.
- Pages that automatically download, open repeated windows, trap navigation, defeat browser controls, fingerprint without lawful basis, or redirect onward to prohibited material.
- Content that is blank, broken, materially different from what staff reviewed, or designed to evade moderation by cloaking location, device, referrer or reviewer.
Adult sexual content, gambling, political persuasion, high-risk financial promotions, health claims and other regulated categories are prohibited by default unless we publish a specific programme and give prior written approval. Approval may impose geography, age, disclosure, licence, consent and source restrictions.
3. Buyer technical duties
- Use a stable public HTTP(S) destination with a valid certificate and no embedded credentials.
- Accurately describe the campaign and disclose material commercial terms on the destination.
- Keep the reviewed content and redirect chain consistent. Submit material changes for review before resuming.
- Do not collect sensitive data, install software, trigger a payment, subscribe a visitor or send marketing merely because the visitor arrived.
- Provide legally required privacy, cookie, company, pricing, cancellation, risk and regulatory information.
- Do not attempt to extract Seller identity, link token or source through scripts, fingerprinting, redirects, support manipulation or network correlation.
4. Permitted Seller traffic
Seller traffic must come from real human browser activity generated through lawful, disclosed and source-authorised redirect or popunder placements. The user interaction and any new window, popunder or redirect must comply with browser rules, source terms, privacy and electronic-communications law. You must own or be authorised to monetise the source and be able to document that authority.
5. Prohibited Seller traffic
- Bots, crawlers, headless browsers, scripts, emulators, click farms, paid-to-click schemes, autosurf, traffic exchanges not expressly approved, malware, adware or unwanted software.
- Manual or automatic reloads, loops, stacked frames, hidden windows, zero-size surfaces, multiple calls from one event, background requests, prefetching or any method not representing a genuine browser navigation.
- Proxy, VPN, Tor, datacentre, residential-proxy, compromised-device or spoofed traffic used to disguise source, location, repetition or control.
- Your own clicks; employee, contractor or household clicks arranged to generate earnings; encouragement to click solely to support you; or incentives not expressly approved.
- Traffic generated through spam, unlawful direct marketing, misleading buttons, fake close controls, forced notifications, deceptive downloads, browser-locking or user-interface interference.
- Traffic from prohibited content or sources, including malware, piracy, exploitation, hate, unlawful goods, fraud or rights infringement.
- Modification, enumeration, sharing or public indexing of link tokens; using another Seller's token; or routing traffic after a link or account is paused.
- Any action intended to manipulate counts, EPM, auctions, referral attribution, quality signals, complaints, payment timing or review evidence.
6. Referral promotion
Referral promotions must be accurate, identify their commercial nature where required and comply with direct-marketing law. Do not spam, scrape contacts, use bought lists without lawful permission, impersonate us, register confusing domains, run ads on our marks, promise earnings, present estimates as guaranteed, use cookie stuffing or overwrite another attribution deceptively.
7. Security and platform integrity
Do not probe, scan, overload, denial-of-service, scrape, reverse engineer, evade rate limits, test stolen credentials, inject code, exploit vulnerabilities, access another account, alter headers to deceive measurement, or disclose a vulnerability before we can address it. Good-faith reports should go privately to support@webuyany.click with enough detail to reproduce safely.
8. Evidence and cooperation
Keep records of traffic sources, placement, consent, rights, campaign versions, licences and acquisition arrangements. On request, provide relevant server logs, analytics or contractual evidence promptly, with third-party personal data minimised. Do not fabricate or alter evidence. Failure to cooperate may be treated as a risk or breach even if the underlying activity cannot yet be confirmed.
9. Enforcement
We may reject clicks, pause links or campaigns, lower caps or limits, quarantine balances, require changes, investigate, report activity, suspend or ban accounts, reverse estimates and pursue losses. We may act without prior notice where needed to prevent harm or preserve evidence. Severity, repetition, intent, cooperation, impact and legal duties inform action, but do not limit our discretion under the Terms.
10. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse through the Support page or support@webuyany.click. Include the URL, time, what occurred and safe supporting evidence. Do not send malware, passwords, private keys or unnecessary identity documents. We may acknowledge and investigate but cannot disclose confidential enforcement details.
