Terms and Conditions
Applies to the webuyany.click website, marketplace, direct links, traffic rotator, accounts and related services.
Nottingham
United Kingdom. Email: support@webuyany.click.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between webuyany.click (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the person or organisation creating or using an account (“you”, “your”). They incorporate the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, campaign rules, payment instructions and any written order-specific terms we expressly accept. By registering, depositing funds, creating a campaign, using a direct link or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business-only eligibility and authority
The Service is supplied only for business, trade or professional purposes. It is not offered to consumers acting wholly or mainly outside a trade, business, craft or profession. You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to contract, and be authorised to bind the business named in your profile. If you register for an organisation without authority, you may be personally responsible for the account and its obligations. You must not use the Service where doing so is unlawful, subject to sanctions, or prohibited by a payment provider.
2. One account, two functions
Every ordinary account may act as both a “Buyer” of direct-link traffic and a “Seller” supplying clicks. Those labels describe an activity, not separate account types. We may require separate approvals, limits or verification for either activity. Staff and administrator roles have operational permissions and do not change the underlying commercial account unless we agree otherwise.
3. Registration, verification and account security
- Information you provide must be accurate, current and complete. Keep it updated, including email, legal identity, tax, wallet and business details.
- Unless we give written permission, one person or business may control only one account. Duplicate, related or successor accounts may be treated as one account.
- You are responsible for strong credentials, secure devices and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of suspected compromise.
- We may require email verification, business checks, identity information, source-of-funds information, sanctions screening, traffic evidence, server logs or other risk and compliance material before enabling or continuing any feature.
- You must not sell, transfer, rent or share an account or conceal the person who controls it.
4. Click tokens and account balances
“Click tokens” are prepaid, non-transferable contractual credits used only to purchase traffic through the Service. They are denominated internally in USD, are not cryptocurrency, electronic money, a deposit, stored-value product, investment or claim to any particular number, type or quality of visits. A token balance cannot be sold, transferred between users, pledged or redeemed for cash. Seller and referral earnings are separate estimated accounting balances and become eligible for withdrawal only under section 10.
We account in integer micro-dollars (one million units per USD) and display rounded values. A displayed rounding difference does not change the underlying record. Our ledger and authenticated provider records control in the event of a display or arithmetic discrepancy, subject to correction of manifest error.
5. Buyer deposits and payment providers
Buyers may purchase click tokens through one or more checkout methods that we make available from time to time. Availability depends on our payment-processing arrangements, your location, provider rules and technical status. Payment details are collected by the selected payment processor; we do not ask for or store complete card numbers or private wallet keys. A balance is credited only after our server verifies a final provider status. A browser return page or screenshot is not proof of payment.
We may also, at our sole discretion and only where expressly agreed in writing, accept a custom or manual payment arrangement. Such an arrangement is not generally available, does not create an entitlement to future manual processing, and may be subject to additional verification, timing or payment instructions.
You authorise the exact amount submitted at checkout and are responsible for reviewing it before payment. Provider fees, exchange rates, blockchain fees and bank or card charges may apply. If a payment is reversed, refunded by a provider, charged back, disputed, underpaid, fraudulent or otherwise not finally received, we may debit the associated balance, pause campaigns, create a negative balance, set off other sums, suspend the account and recover our costs.
6. Buyer no-refund rule
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all deposits, click-token purchases and traffic charges are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation: accidental or duplicate purchases; a change of mind; an incorrect, expired, slow, blocked, insecure, unavailable or non-functioning destination; DNS, hosting, certificate, script, tracking, analytics or attribution failure; an incorrect campaign setting, budget or bid; a page that rejects, redirects or fails to record visitors; browser or network blocking; low engagement, conversion or revenue; unexpected traffic characteristics; campaign suspension for review or breach; or traffic already delivered while a Buyer was unable to use it.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a non-cash account credit or correct a demonstrable billing error. A discretionary credit does not establish a duty or precedent. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents us correcting a duplicate provider settlement that we confirm.
7. Campaigns, bids and budgets
- A campaign must have a truthful name, public HTTP(S) destination, CPM bid, total budget and any optional daily cap. You are responsible for the destination and all claims, content, products, tracking and downstream redirects.
- Campaigns normally require review. Approval does not endorse the destination or guarantee continued approval. We may approve, reject, pause, limit, re-review or archive a campaign at any time.
- The minimum bid and recommended bid shown in the dashboard are configurable. A lower accepted bid may receive little or no traffic. A bid is the price per 1,000 accepted visits; the derived per-click charge is rounded to the platform's smallest internal unit.
- Budgets are ceilings, not commitments to deliver. We do not guarantee that a campaign will spend its budget, receive traffic by a date, reach a volume, or remain continuously eligible.
- You must pause a campaign before changing or withdrawing a destination from service. A pause request may race with a click already being processed; that click may still be charged.
8. Auction and direct traffic
For each accepted Seller click, the rotator identifies eligible campaigns with active status, sufficient buyer balance and remaining budget. Selection is random but weighted heavily toward price. The current implementation uses a steep bid factor together with bounded recency and under-delivery factors. Therefore, the highest bidder is strongly favoured but is not guaranteed every click, and a lower bidder is not guaranteed any click.
The winning campaign pays its submitted CPM-derived per-click amount. The rotator redirects the browser directly to the destination and does not intentionally add a Seller, direct-link or zone identifier. We use a no-referrer instruction, but browsers, intermediaries and destination technology can behave differently; we do not guarantee that all network-level information is hidden. Buyers must not attempt to identify, contact, solicit or circumvent Sellers. Sellers must not attempt to identify, contact, solicit or circumvent Buyers.
Traffic may originate from redirects, popunders and other permitted direct-link placements. We do not promise user intent, exclusivity, conversions, dwell time, geography, device, referrer, engagement, profitability, advertising-platform compatibility or a particular quality measure.
9. Seller direct links, counting and estimated EPM
A default direct link is created at registration and normally activates after required verification. The default account limit is five active or reviewable links; administrators may increase or reduce a limit. A link token is confidential account material. You must pause or report a link that is exposed, stolen or used by an unauthorised source.
We may reject requests that appear automated, duplicated, manipulated, non-browser, self-generated or otherwise invalid. For accepted traffic, we update aggregate link, campaign and daily counters. We do not promise to retain an itemised click log. Hosting and security providers may maintain separate technical logs.
“EPM” means estimated Seller earnings per 1,000 accepted clicks. The displayed EPM is an average, not a fixed price or promise. Automatic earnings are derived from the winning charge, the configured Seller share and the lowest applicable global, account and link EPM maximum. The initial global maximum is $0.050, but that is only a maximum and may be changed.
All click counts, EPM figures and Seller earnings are provisional estimates until actually paid. We may review, recalculate, withhold, reduce, reverse or cancel them at any time before payment, including after traffic delivery and after a balance is described as matured. Reasons include suspected or confirmed abuse, bots, repeated or forced traffic, low quality, poor advertiser outcomes, advertiser complaints, payment reversals, policy breaches, measurement error, technical error, security events, sanctions or compliance concerns, commercial viability, or any other lawful risk, quality or business reason. The examples are not exhaustive. We may apply a changed EPM methodology or cap to unpaid historical traffic where reasonably required to correct or protect the marketplace.
10. Earnings maturation and crypto-only withdrawals
Seller and referral earnings normally enter a pending maturity lot after the relevant UTC accounting day closes. A lot is scheduled to mature 30 days after that traffic day. Only matured, unreserved earnings may be included in a withdrawal request. “Matured” means eligible to request; it does not mean audited, finally payable or immune from later adjustment, hold, set-off or reversal.
Withdrawals are paid only in supported cryptoassets and networks, normally USDT where enabled. We do not provide fiat payouts. You are solely responsible for selecting the correct asset, blockchain, address and compatible wallet. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. We are not liable for loss caused by an incorrect, incompatible, compromised or third-party-controlled address, the wrong network, wallet restrictions, blockchain congestion, validator action or an asset losing value.
A valid standard withdrawal may take up to 60 days after we accept the request for processing. If the fast option is available and selected, we target processing within seven days after acceptance of a valid request for matured earnings and deduct a 10% fast-withdrawal fee from gross requested earnings. “Target” is not a guarantee where review, compliance, provider, blockchain, security, force-majeure or legal issues intervene. Network or provider fees may also be deducted or reflected in the delivered amount where disclosed.
We may require a minimum amount, compliance profile, additional information and manual approval; combine or split payments; delay a request; request a new address; or hold, reject or cancel it. No interest accrues. We may set off debts, reversals, fees, losses and indemnity claims against any account balance.
11. Referral programme
Each account receives a referral code. Subject to these Terms, the current default rates are 5% of eligible spend by direct referrals, 1% at level two and 1% at level three, for a maximum configured total of 7%. “Eligible spend” means final, non-reversed traffic charges actually incurred by a referred Buyer, excluding deposits, taxes, fees, credits, house traffic, fraudulent activity, self-referrals and any spend we designate ineligible.
“Lifetime” means while the referral programme, your account, the referred accounts and this contractual relationship remain active; it does not promise a minimum period or prevent us changing, suspending or ending the programme. Relationships are normally fixed when the referred account registers. Commission estimates follow the same 30-day maturation, review, adjustment and crypto-withdrawal rules as Seller earnings.
You must not refer yourself, create or control duplicate accounts, buy identities, misrepresent us, send unlawful unsolicited messages, bid on our marks in paid search, use cookie stuffing, overwrite another referrer through deception, or promise income or returns. We may reassign or remove attribution, exclude spend, reverse commission and ban related accounts.
12. Acceptable use and traffic quality
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable advertising and privacy law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights and all laws applying to your business, traffic source, destination and users. Sellers are responsible for obtaining any consent required to open popunders, perform redirects, use cookies or process personal data. Buyers are responsible for every destination and downstream page. Prohibited activity includes malware, phishing, fraud, illegal goods or services, child sexual abuse material, exploitation, hate or violence, deceptive investment or money-making claims, rights infringement, sanctions evasion, browser exploits and artificial traffic.
13. Measurement, investigations and evidence
Our server-side records determine accepted clicks, campaign wins, charges, estimates and balances, absent manifest error. External analytics commonly count differently because of script blocking, page failure, time zones, filtering, redirects and measurement methods. A discrepancy alone does not prove non-delivery or invalid traffic.
We may investigate traffic or campaigns before or after delivery and request source URLs, acquisition records, consent evidence, server logs, analytics, ownership evidence or other material. You must cooperate promptly and preserve relevant records. We may use confidential detection methods and need not disclose thresholds, signatures or evidence where disclosure could undermine security, prejudice another party or breach law.
14. Confidentiality, separation and non-circumvention
Buyer and Seller identities, sources, links, campaign relationships, pricing logic, fraud methods and non-public marketplace information are confidential. You receive only information needed for your side of the Service. For 12 months after learning another participant's identity through misuse, error or disclosure, you must not bypass us to buy or sell substantially the same traffic, solicit that participant, or help another person do so. This restriction does not apply to a provable pre-existing independent relationship. You must notify us of accidental disclosure and not exploit it.
15. Suspension, refusal and termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we may refuse registration, restrict features, lower limits, pause traffic, hold funds, suspend or ban an account, or terminate access at any time, with or without prior notice, for any lawful reason in our sole discretion. Reasons may include risk, quality, complaints, inactivity, commercial viability, suspected breach, attempted circumvention, duplicate control, payment or compliance concerns, abusive conduct, legal requests or protection of users and the Service. We do not have to continue a relationship merely because an account was previously accepted.
On termination, Buyer tokens remain non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. We may cancel estimates attributable to breach or invalid activity and hold unpaid earnings during investigation. Subject to deductions, review, minimums, compliance and these Terms, we will determine whether any remaining matured earnings are payable. Sections intended by nature to survive—including payment, adjustment, confidentiality, non-circumvention, liability, indemnity, tax, evidence and dispute provisions—survive.
16. Third-party services and availability
Hosting, DNS, email, card, crypto, blockchain, anti-bot, analytics and other providers are independent third parties with their own terms and availability. We are not their agent and do not control them. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, attacks, shared-host limits, network faults, provider action, software defects and events outside our control may delay or interrupt it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure or perpetual operation.
17. Taxes, records and reporting
You are responsible for invoices, tax registration, VAT or sales tax, income reporting, withholding, crypto valuation and all other tax or accounting duties applying to you. Displayed reports are operational records, not tax advice or guaranteed statements. Keep independent records. We may collect tax information, withhold where law requires, and disclose reportable seller or payment information to authorities or platform-reporting regimes.
18. Intellectual property and feedback
We and our licensors own the Service, software, design, wordmarks, documentation and aggregate data, excluding your submitted content. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, probe, benchmark for publication, bypass controls or use our marks except for supplied referral materials. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, inspect and display campaign material as necessary to operate, secure and promote the Service. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment.
19. Warranties and disclaimers
Each party warrants it has authority to enter these Terms. You warrant your traffic, destinations, claims, data, instructions and use are lawful and do not infringe rights. Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied terms, conditions and warranties, including satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and results. We do not warrant visitor intent, conversions, revenue, SEO or analytics compatibility, advertising-platform acceptance, Seller quality, Buyer solvency, token value or withdrawal timing.
20. Liability
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, or for third-party claims, even if foreseeable.
Subject to the preceding paragraph, our total aggregate liability arising from the Service in any rolling 12-month period is limited to the greater of £100 and the platform margin we actually retained from your Buyer spend during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Seller estimates, referral estimates and Buyer traffic charges passed through marketplace accounting are not platform margin for this purpose. Each exclusion and limitation is intended to be separate and is subject to any statutory reasonableness requirement.
21. Indemnity
You will indemnify and keep indemnified webuyany.click and its personnel against losses, liabilities, claims, penalties, chargebacks, investigation costs and reasonable professional fees arising from your traffic, destination, content, products, privacy or consent failure, tax, wallet instructions, breach, infringement, unlawful conduct, or claim by a visitor, Buyer, Seller, provider or authority connected with your activity. This applies only to the extent lawfully enforceable and does not cover loss caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.
22. Changes to rates, Service and Terms
We may change features, auction logic, minimums, recommendations, fees, referral rates, revenue share, EPM caps, maturity and payout processes. Dashboard settings take effect when published unless stated otherwise. As explained above, unpaid Seller and referral estimates may be recalculated retrospectively. Buyer charges already incurred at an accepted bid are not increased retrospectively, though we may correct error, reverse a credit or apply a provider reversal.
We may amend these Terms by posting a new version and, for material changes, giving reasonable account or email notice where practicable. Changes normally apply prospectively from the stated effective date; urgent legal, security, abuse or provider changes may apply sooner. Continuing to use the Service after effectiveness accepts the change. If you disagree, stop using it before the change takes effect.
23. Notices, complaints and disputes
Send legal notices and complaints to support@webuyany.click and the service address above. We may notify you through the dashboard, your registered email or another contact you provided. Email is received when sent without a bounce; dashboard notices are received when posted.
Before proceedings, provide the account email, relevant references, facts, requested outcome and supporting records, and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution. This does not prevent urgent injunctive relief or a claim nearing a limitation deadline.
24. General legal terms
- Law and courts. These Terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule that cannot be displaced.
- Assignment. You may not assign, transfer or subcontract rights without our written consent. We may assign the agreement as part of a reorganisation, financing or transfer of the Service.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, but payment and security duties already due remain.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and incorporated policies replace prior discussions on their subject matter. You do not rely on a statement not expressly included, without excluding liability for fraud.
- Severability. An invalid provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary; the rest remains effective.
- Waiver. Delay or a single waiver does not waive a later breach.
- Third-party rights. Except for protected personnel under the indemnity and liability clauses, no third party may enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- Order of precedence. A written order-specific term signed or expressly accepted by us prevails over these Terms only for that conflict; these Terms prevail over help text and marketing copy.
